Spatially Coordinated Designs
This project showcases our expertise in architectural design services. Initially a disused railway embankment sloping down to the railway track, the site presented significant planning challenges. We were sanctioned by a local architect firm, working in multidisciplinary environment, to create concept and spatially coordinated designs which were ultimately used to successfully obtain planning permission for the site.
Securing planning permission for this intricate site enabled the development of a mixed-use scheme featuring both residential and commercial spaces, distributed across a basement and three floors.
We crafted a design that not only maximized the site’s usability but also blended seamlessly with the surrounding environment. We were not able to provide technical designs, as unfortunately our end client (a local architect) was not selected to produce drawings for the next stage of the project.
This case study demonstrates our capability to transform challenging sites into valuable assets, working in a multidisciplinary environment and contribute to obtaining successful planning permission for projects.
